Availability Notes:
Property is available to rent for weekly rentals during the months of July and August. Rental terms are scheduled Friday to Friday. Check-in time is between 2:30 and 4:30PM on the first day of rental term. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on last day of rental term. A refundable damage deposit of $300 applies to this property.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
This beautiful property has living quarters for two families, however only one unit is available for rent. This well maintained unit features a piano in the dining room, window wall in the living room facing the lake and offering beautiful lake and sunset views. Quality and comfortable furnishings, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a fenced in area for the little ones to play in without wandering down to the water’s edge. Home has been carefully constructed to assure privacy and quietness. Yard has a fenced in area that is ideal as a play area for those who have young children.
Parking is limited to two vehicles. You must have prior permission from property owner to park a boat trailer.
Public docking facilities are located a short distance from the property.
Located at the northeast end of the lake and within minutes to the Green Lake downtown area and area golf courses.
